The Lostness Index template is a spreadsheet used to easily calculate a lostness score. When using this template, the following values are needed for each user per task:
- N = The number of unique pages/screens visited during the task.
- S = The total number of pages/screens visited during the task.
- R = The minimum number of pages/screens that must be visited to complete a task.
With these values, you will enter the data into the spreadsheet, and it will automatically calculate the Lostness Index for each user and task, along with an overall score.
